How To: Nail Art Using Chrome Powder

Nail enthusiasts have long admired the lustrous effect created by chrome powder, and today, we will explore the step-by-step process to achieve captivating chrome nail designs using dip powder. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced nail artist, this tutorial will equip you with the knowledge and techniques you need to create mesmerizing chrome nail designs.

1. Apply Pro Base and dip into your desired base color. Today we are using D547 Elderberry and our Sensitive Dip Powder Liquid Set. Dust off any excess powder, and repeat until you've achieved the coverage you desire. We did three layers.

2. Apply Activator. Then, buff and shape your nails.

3. Using our Self-Cleaning Nail Art Brush, or a striping brush, draw your desired design using our Tack-Free Gel Top Coat. Cure your design for 30 seconds.

4. Using a Chrome Applicator, rub your chrome powder (we're using MR1 Tophy) onto your design.

5. Apply a Gel Top Coat (we used the Sensitive Dip Powder Gel Top Coat) and cure for 60 seconds.
